Playing over 100 shows a year, the Beaucoup Bottom Band has quickly become one of the most sought after groups in the area. The BBB is known for putting on highly energetic shows and consistently packing large venues. This reputation has helped them to earn opening spots for artists such as Tim McGraw, Little Big Town, Casey James, The Farm, Aaron Owens, The Well Hungarians, country music legend Johnny Lee and classic rock icons REO Speedwagon. With the average age of 23, the BBB prides itself on playing hits from many decades and genres that are often forgot about or overlooked by most cover bands. However, some of their original songs have gained popularity making them hits in the BBB’s sets. The BBB finds its niche in having 5 vocalists who all play a variety of instruments with the emphasis being on the Bathon sisters who both play fiddle. Starting in late 2009 with Amanda, Gloria, Ryan and Jeff they quickly realized they were onto something special and with the addition of Colby on bass and Miles on drums in 2010 they began filling up the calendar very rapidly. In August of 2013 Miles announced his last show with the band as he is pursuing a degree as a physician’s assistant. Josh Curl, who sat in with the band many times before when Miles was working night shift, jumped right into the role of drummer. In 2012, the BBB accepted a sponsorship from Koerner Distributing /Pabst Blue Ribbon. After the expiration of the 2012 sponsorship the BBB signed on with Donnewald Distributing/ Bud Light, Busch Light, and Budweiser for the 2013 year. The BBB has plans in the works to head to the studio to record its first fully original cd which will be funded by money set back from every show. Be on the lookout for the BBB as they look to be coming to a city near you!
